TEXTA is a book club that forms part of the QUT Art Museum’s public programming. It runs about four times a year on a Tuesday night, and is a chance for people to read books that have been thematically chosen to be read alongside the exhibitions in the museum space.
With the help of my colleagues, we kicked TEXTA off in 2011. We meet to discuss books, art, and drink wine. Information on the sessions is listed on the QUT Art Museum’s website. As of 2017, I am no longer a regular TEXTA faciliator since my relocation to the Sunshine Coast.
Listen to me discuss TEXTA on 612 ABC (October 20, 2015).
